Participation in any UMMAHFIT challenge, event, or program is voluntary.

2. Fitness & Health Disclaimer

UMMAHFIT provides fitness challenges and training experiences intended for general physical activity purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are participating at your own risk
  • You are physically able to engage in exercise
  • You have consulted a physician if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns

UMMAHFIT is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health complication that may result from participation.

Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in any UMMAHFIT challenge, event, or workout, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to injury, strain, or accidents.

UMMAHFIT, its organizers, coaches, partners, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Any indirect or incidental damages

4. Event Rules & Conduct

All participants must follow:

  • Instructions given by UMMAHFIT coaches or staff
  • Event rules, workout standards, and time limits
  • Safety guidelines and proper conduct

UMMAHFIT reserves the right to remove any participant who:

  • Acts unsafely or disrespectfully
  • Refuses to follow instructions
  • Disrupts the event or community

No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

5. Apparel & Product Policy

Apparel Sales

All UMMAHFIT apparel is sold as described. Product colors, fits, and materials may vary slightly due to production and lighting differences.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • No returns on worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Exchanges may be allowed for sizing issues if inventory permits

Event or limited-edition drops may be non-returnable.

6. Challenge Shirts & Earned Apparel

Challenge or “Challenger” apparel is earned through participation or completion of specific challenges.

UMMAHFIT reserves the right to:

  • Set performance standards
  • Verify completion
  • Modify challenge requirements

Shirts or rewards are not guaranteed if standards are not met or rules are violated.

7. Refund Policy

Events & Challenges

  • Event registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by UMMAHFIT
  • If an event is rescheduled, registrations may be transferred

Apparel

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Incorrect items sent
  • Manufacturing defects

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

8. Media Release

By attending UMMAHFIT events or challenges, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

UMMAHFIT may use photos or videos for:

  • Marketing
  • Social media
  • Promotional content

If you do not wish to be featured, notify staff before the event begins.
